What is the cancellation period?

You can cancel a subscription from any team at any time. Simply go into Billing and Subscriptions under Account and choose the team you want to cancel. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the billing period. At this time we do not issue refunds / prorated refunds on cancelled subscriptions.

Can I have more than 1 team?

Yes, you can add up to 20 teams. Each new team you create will be started on a free subscription.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes we do! That is something our sales experts can work with you on to make sure we get you the best deal possible! You can reach out to them by going to our Sales Contact Page.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

You can upgrade a team’s subscription to pro at any time. Simply go into Billing and Subscriptions under Account and choose the team(s) you want to upgrade. Once you do that, the price (minus the proration) will be added to the cart. When you are ready to pay, enter your credit card details or choose the one you have on file and pay. Upon the payment being approved, your teams will be upgraded to Pro.

Do you provide support?

Yes. We want to give everyone a great experience with SmartStat, that is why we provide support for all subscriptions, including free!

Which currencies do you accept?

All our products and services are in USD. If you use another form of currency, the currency exchange will be done at the time of each payment.
