Your SmartStat account requires a valid email address associated with it for you to log in. Here are steps you can take if you are having an issue logging into your account.
Find out your account email address
Enter any email addresses you use into our password reset form. If there’s an account associated with it, the system will send you a code to reset your password.
Be sure to check your email inboxes, including any spam or junk folders, for emails from SmartStat. If you do, it is likely you have an account associated with that email address.
Create a new password
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the password reset form to create a new one. The system will send you an email with a reset code to reset your password.
Password reset link isn’t working
Each time you request a password reset, the code we send to you changes. If you request multiple times, it’s likely the code got changed so you will want to use the most recent email. If you are having an issue finding the reset email, be sure to check your spam or junk folders. Also, try searching your inbox for emails from SmartStat. If you still experience issue, please contact our support team.
Account Disabled / Suspended
There could be multiple reasons for an account getting disabled. Such reasons include a violation of the terms of service, security reasons, or more. The only way to get your account unsuspended is to contact our support team.
